Launch of Whitepaper

Strathmore Centre for Law and Policy and Access Partnership with the support of Microsoft invite you to participate in the launch of the whitepaper Smart Courts, Roadmap for Digital Transformation of Justice in Africa, which outlines important policy considerations – a roadmap – for the digitization of legal systems in the continent. The whitepaper is the outcome of a nine-month study jointly by Strathmore Centre for Law and Policy and Access Partnerships, which also entailed benchmarking study visits and workshops at the UK Supreme Court, the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts and the Abu Dhabi Global Markets Courts.
This event will gather judges, court administrators, public officials, IT and policy experts for roundtable discussions and guided exercises on digital transformation of court systems.
